Understanding depression begins by acknowledging the complexity and seriousness of depression. A common mental health characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and loss of interest or pleasure in activities.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

It helps clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and develop healthier ways of thinking.

Through CBT, clients learn to recognize and change harmful behaviors contributing to their struggles, leading to long-term positive outcomes.
